黑龙江省非物质文化遗产丰富多样，对其翻译的研究能够促进我国非遗文化外宣，提升中国文化软实力。本文将生态翻译学中的“三维转换”与黑龙江省非遗翻译相结合，从语言、文化、交际三个维度对黑龙江非遗外宣翻译进行深入解剖，探讨合适的翻译策略，从而提升黑龙江非遗翻译文本的可读性，助力黑龙江非遗文化的传承和发扬。
The intangible cultural heritage of Heilongjiang Province is rich and diverse, and the related research can promote the publicity of China’s intangible cultural heritage and enhance the soft power of Chinese culture. This essay combines the “three-dimensional conversion” in eco-translatology with the translation of Heilongjiang’s intangible cultural heritage, deeply analyzing it from the perspectives of language, culture, and communication, trying to find the appropriate translation strategies, so as to improve the readability of Heilongjiang intangible cultural heritage translation text, and help its heritance and development.
