基层检察机关完善数字检察工作模式的思考
Thoughts on Improving Digital Procuratorial Work Mode of Grassroots Prosecutors

检察机关日益适应数字化形势开展数字检察改革。基层检察机关作为数字检察工作的主体，应构建完善数字检察工作模式进而推动法律监督工作。本课题着重比较当前不同数字检察工作模式，在前述考察基础上提出基层检察机关构建科学有效数字检察工作模式需要契合数字检察改革的要求、服务法律监督职责履行、推进检察工作现代化、承继检察信息化的发展、顺应现有检察权运行机制，提出组织一体化架构、数据流畅化运用、平台通用化整合、案件协同化办理、配套优质化完善等路径设想。
Procuratorial organs are increasingly adapting to the digital situation to carry out digital procuratorial reform. As the main body of digital procuratorial work, grassroots procuratorial organs should construct and perfect digital procuratorial work mode to promote legal supervision. This topic focuses on the comparison of different current digital procuratorial work modes. Based on the aforementioned investigation, it is proposed that grassroots procuratorial organs should build scientific and effective digital procuratorial work modes to meet the requirements of digital procuratorial reform, serve the fulfillment of legal supervision duties, promote the modernization of procuratorial work, carry on the development of procuratorial information, and conform to the existing procuratorial power operation mechanism. The paper puts forward some ideas such as organizational integration structure, smooth application of data, universal integration of platform, collaborative handling of cases, and quality improvement of supporting facilities.
