Abstract:

人工智能作为新兴科技,其在各领域的应用具有无限的潜能和广阔的发展前景。近年来,我国人工智能产业呈现出突飞猛进的发展态势,但与此同时,人工智能对劳动领域带来的问题也日益凸显。由于人工智能在不同领域和不同行业的应用存在着较大差异,所以对于其在劳动法上的适用问题也有不同的看法。鉴于此,本文对目前我国劳动法适用中存在的问题进行分析,并提出相应解决方案,以期能够为我国相关研究提供积极帮助。
As an emerging technology, artificial intelligence has unlimited potential and broad development prospects in various fields of application. In recent years, China’s artificial intelligence industry has shown a rapid development trend, but at the same time, the problems brought by artificial intelligence to the labor field have become increasingly prominent. Due to the significant differences in the application of artificial intelligence in different fields and industries, there are also different opinions on its application in labor law. In view of this, this article analyzes the existing problems in the application of labor laws in China and proposes corresponding solutions, in order to provide positive assistance for relevant research in China.
