高校辅导员谈心谈话的实效性提升研究

高校辅导员作为青年学生思想政治教育工作的骨干力量，肩负着为中国特色社会主义事业培养合格建设者和可靠接班人的神圣使命。谈心谈话是高校辅导员开展大学生思想政治教育工作的必备技能，也是衡量高校辅导员业务水平的重要依据。但现阶段高校辅导员开展谈心谈话工作时普遍存在前期准备工作不足、专业知识缺乏和谈话方式单一等问题。针对以上问题，本文结合高校辅导员工作实际，有针对性地提出提高高校辅导员谈心谈话工作实效性的方法，以期为辅导员队伍建设贡献力量，助力高校辅导员专业能力的提升。
As the backbone of ideological and political education for young students, college counselors shoulder the sacred mission of cultivating qualified builders and reliable successors for the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Heart to heart talk is an essential skill for college counselors to carry out ideological and political education for college students, and it is also an important basis for measuring the professional level of college counselors. However, at present, college counselors generally face problems such as insufficient preparation, lack of professional knowledge, and a single way of conducting heart to heart talks. In response to the above issues, this article combines the actual work of college counselors and proposes targeted methods to improve the effectiveness of heart to heart talks among college counselors, in order to contribute to the construction of the counselor team and help improve the professional ability of college counselors.
