基于职业岗位能力需求的高职智慧健康养老服务与管理专业课程体系建设研究

课程体系建设是提升职业教育内涵发展的关键环节，课程体系设计与建设是人才培养的关键。本文旨在解决传统教学中以学科划分能力需求的课程体系存在的众多学科间课程知识点重复化、各课程标准制定不统一，无法真正实现对接养老行业职业能力要求等诸多问题。通过对专业课程体系建设，为高职养老专业教学发展提供有力支撑，旨在培养更加适应职业岗位能力需求的高素质技术技能人才，从而使老年人享受更优质且恰当的服务。
The construction of curriculum system is the key link to improve the connotation development of vocational education, and the design and construction of curriculum system is the key to talent training. This paper aims to solve many problems in the traditional teaching curriculum system that divides the ability of subjects. There are many problems, such as the repetition of curriculum knowledge points, the inconsistent formulation of various curriculum standards, and the inability to truly realize the connection with the professional ability requirements of the pension industry. Through the construction of professional curriculum system, it provides strong support for the teaching development of elderly care major in higher vocational colleges, and aims to cultivate high-quality technical talents who are more adapted to the needs of vocational post ability, so that the elderly can enjoy better quality and appropriate services.
