Basic Logic Research on the Evolution of China’s Vocational Education Policy in the New Century—Based on Historical Institutionalism Perspective

职业教育是我国人才培养体系的基础，是促进我国经济社会发展的根基。未来社会的可持续发展离不开职业教育作用的发挥。本文通过对新世纪以来职业教育政策的梳理，以历史制度主义视角归纳出我国职业教育政策的演进逻辑，以期为之后职业教育政策的制定提供启示和参考，助力我国高质量人才队伍的建设，加快我国实现中国特色社会主义现代化的步伐。
Vocational education is the foundation of China’s talent training system and the foundation of promoting China’s economic and social development. The sustainable development of the future society cannot be separated from the role of vocational education. This paper summarizes the evolution logic of China’s vocational education policy from the perspective of historical institutionalism through the combing of vocational education policies since the new century, in order to provide inspiration and reference for the formulation of vocational education policies in the future, help the construction of high-quality talents in China, and accelerate the pace of China’s socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics.
