Legal Implications, Challenges and Countermeasures of Digital Education in China and Kazakhstan

中国与哈萨克斯坦基于地缘优势和“一带一路”倡议的建设，在政治、经济、文化和科技领域都有密切合作。如今数字全球化趋势迅猛，给教育事业带来巨大挑战，数字教育得到越来越多的关注。文章立足中哈合作前景，讨论两国数字教育合作带来的挑战，并提出国内法制定对外数字教育的相关规定、制定双边条约以及加强两国数字技术交流和培养人才等保护对策。
China and Kazakhstan have close cooperation in the political, economic, cultural, scientific and technological fields based on geographic advantages and the construction of the Belt and Road Initiative. Nowadays, the rapid trend of digital globalization poses a great challenge to education, and digital education is gaining more and more attention. Based on the prospect of cooperation between China and Kazakhstan, the article discusses the challenges posed by digital education cooperation between the two countries and proposes protection countermeasures such as the formulation of relevant regulations on foreign digital education in domestic law, the formulation of bilateral treaties, and the enhancement of exchanges in digital technology and the cultivation of human resources between the two countries.
