夜间施工噪声污染治理研究
Research on the Control of Noise Pollution from Night Construction

建筑施工噪声对于民众的生活影响很大，尤其是夜间相对安静的环境，噪声污染更加明显。本文从夜间施工噪声污染的成因和危害出发，就立法、执法、司法、守法四方面对夜间施工噪声污染进行了分析，并提出相应的解决对策。因此，国家、社会和企业为应对夜间施工噪声污染问题应在以上四方面通力合作，以期实现夜间施工噪声污染的有效治理。
Construction noise has a great impact on people’s lives, especially in the relatively quiet environment at night, noise pollution is more obvious. This paper starts with the causes and hazards of noise pollution from night construction, analyzes the nighttime construction noise pollution from four aspects of legislation, law enforcement, justice, and law enforcement, and puts forward corresponding solutions. Therefore, the state, society and enterprises should cooperate in the above four aspects to deal with the problem of nighttime construction noise pollution, in order to achieve the effective control of noise pollution from night construction.
