大学生兼职中的法律问题以及权益保障研究
Study on the Legal Problems and Protection of the Rights and Interests of College Students in Part-Time Jobs

随着就业环境的日益严峻，不少大学生选择开展兼职工作，帮助自己进一步认识社会，了解社会，为今后的求职道路打下基础。但是，基于我国现阶段的兼职体制不够健全，缺少相关法律法规予以维护，加之大学生的社会经验、生活经验缺乏，致使大学生在兼职工作中长期处于弱势地位，并致使合法权益受到侵害。本文从《劳动法》《劳动合同法》等角度总结了大学生兼职中常出现的各类问题，深度剖析了大学生兼职权益受损的原因，并提出一系列相应对策以维护当代大学生的兼职权益。
With the increasingly severe employment environment, many college students choose to work part-time to help themselves further understand the society, understand the society, and lay the foundation for the future job search. However, based on the imperfection of the part-time system in China at this stage, the lack of relevant laws and regulations to maintain it, and the lack of social experience and life experience of college students, college students have been in a vulnerable position in part-time work for a long time, and their legitimate rights and interests have been infringed. This paper summarizes the various problems that often arise in the part-time work of college students from the perspectives of the Labor Law and the Labor Contract Law, deeply analyzes the reasons for the damage to the part-time rights and interests of college students, and puts forward a series of corresponding countermeasures to safeguard the part-time rights and interests of contemporary college students.
