The Internet privacy protection of minors in the United States and the European Union has important reference significance for all countries in the world. The protection of minors' online privacy in our country is faced with the problems of insufficient legislation, imperfect self-regulation mechanism and easy infringement of minors' online privacy. In the face of these problems, it is necessary to learn from the experience of legislation and self-regulation of the United States and the European Union, and according to the development of the Internet privacy of minors in our country, our country should further improve legislation and promote the perfection of the legal system of Internet privacy of minors. At the same time, improve the self-regulatory system of the Internet industry, improve industry norms, and restrict the occurrence of privacy leakage from the root. Clarify the responsibilities of citizens, and let social groups clarify their obligations and responsibilities to protect minors.
