对电子消费券作用的探讨

Abstract:
本文从便利化、数字化、绿色化三个方面探讨了电子消费券作为一种符合未来趋势的重要工具如何驱动未来发展。电子消费券作为一种通过在线交易平台发放的消费形式,减少发放成本,加强发放反馈,方便领取使用,为政府、商家、消费者带来多方面的便利;促进数字支付方式应用、消费线上线下融合发展以及数据分析基础上的精准营销,推动数字化转型;强调绿色产品消费和对应产业升级,进一步强化绿色低碳和可持续发展。
This paper discusses how to drive the future development of electronic consumption coupon as an important tool in line with the future trend from three aspects: facilitation, digitalization and greening. As a form of consumption issued through the online trading platform, electronic consumption coupons reduce the issuance cost, strengthen the issuance feedback, and are convenient to receive and use, and bring various conveniences to the government, businesses and consumers; promote the application of digital payment methods, the integration of online and offline consumption, and the precision marketing based on data analysis to promote digital transformation; emphasize the consumption of green products and the upgrading of corresponding industries to further strengthen green, low-carbon and sustainable development.
