产城融合视角下推动特色文旅小镇可持续发展的策略研究——以浙江乌镇为例
Strategy Research on Promoting Sustainable Development of Characteristic Cultural and Tourism Towns from the Perspective of Industry-City Integration—Taking Wuzhen, Zhejiang as an Example

特色文旅小镇是新型城镇化和乡村振兴背景下文化产业的业态选择。全国范围内正掀起建设特色小镇的浪潮，各地的建设质量却参差不齐。本文特选取发展历史悠久、建设成效显著的浙江乌镇作为案例样本，详细列出其在“旅游观光、休闲体验、文化驱动”三个发展阶段中的具体举措，发现其具有提高游客粘性、超越同行小镇、维持可持续发展态势的效果。为此，本文试图从产城融合视角评析乌镇实现可持续发展的策略，并在结语中为继续保持乌镇的特色文旅小镇领军者地位提出简短建议，也给其他地区建设特色小镇以启发。
Characteristic cultural and tourism towns are the choice of cultural industry formats under the background of new urbanization and rural revitalization. A wave of building characteristic towns is sweeping across the country, but the construction quality varies from place to place. This article specially selects the long-established and well-established Wuzhen as a case sample, and details its specific measures in the three development stages of “tourism, leisure experience, and cultural drive”. It is found that it has the effect of improving tourist stickiness, surpassing peer towns, and maintaining sustainable development. Therefore, this article attempts to analyze the strategies for sustainable development of Wuzhen from the perspective of industry-city integration, and in the conclusion, it proposes short-term suggestions for maintaining Wuzhen’s leading position as a characteristic cultural and tourism town, and also gives inspiration to other regions to build characteristic towns.
