复杂系统范式是系统科学发展的新阶段，是以复杂理论为基础，基于复杂性问题的本质和特征形成的理论范式。简单性思维一直以来推动着网络思想政治教育的发展，但随着信息时代的全面到来，网络思想政治教育在外部环境上受全球化及多元文化的影响，在内部层面上受简单性思维占主导，导致这无法满足解决目前网络思政教育面临的诸多复杂性问题。网络思想政治教育面临问题的日趋复杂，网络思想政治教育本身的复杂呈现，呼唤借用复杂性理论破解思想政治教育的复杂性问题从而进行网络思想政治教育新的研究范式的构建。
Complex system paradigm is a new stage of the development of system science. It is a theoretical paradigm based on complex theory and the essence and characteristics of complex problems. Simple thinking has been promoting the development of network ideological and political education, but with the coming of the information age, network ideological and political education is influenced by globalization and multi-culture in the external environment, at the internal level by the simplicity of thinking dominated, resulting in this cannot meet the network ideological and political education to solve many complex problems. The network ideological and political education is facing more and more complex problems, the network ideological and political education itself complex presentation, it calls for using the complexity theory to solve the complexity of ideological and political education so as to build a new research paradigm of network ideological and political education.
