Abstract:

情绪社会化是指个体凭借先天的情绪表达能力和感受能力,主动参与人际沟通,与他人建立社会联系,从而融入社会生活的过程。人类的基本情绪系统由以母婴关系为代表的早期经验决定,其中,文化环境通过影响父母的抚养方式进一步影响孩子的自我认识,并最终表现为情绪社会化过程的差异,这具体体现为情绪体验、情绪表达、情绪调节等方面的不同。以社会群体视角来看,个人的情绪体验可借助社会共享转化为群体的共享性经验,最终成为一个群体的共同知识表征。此外,从个体发展的角度来看,个人的积极情绪会扩展其注意和思维–行动倾向,这种拓展帮助个体建构持久性的心理资源,从而促进个人的发展。
Emotional socialization refers to the process in which individuals take the initiative to participate in interpersonal communication, establish social contact with others and integrate into social life by means of their innate ability of emotional expression and feeling. The basic emotional system of human beings is shaped by early experiences, particularly those encapsulated in the relationship between a mother and her child. The cultural environment plays a pivotal role in influencing children’s self-awareness by impacting parental parenting styles. This influence eventually manifests itself in the distinct aspects of emotional socialization, specifically observed in variations of emotional experience, expression, and regulation. From a societal perspective, individual emotional experiences can be translated into shared group experiences through social interactions, ultimately evolving into collective knowledge representations within a group. Furthermore, considering individual development, positive emotions contribute to the broadening of attention and thought-action tendencies. This expansion aids in the construction of enduring mental resources, thereby fostering personal growth.
