Abstract:

自我控制在人成功地适应社会方面具有重要的意义,而青少年正是自我控制发展的重要时期。该文总结了当前领域的主要研究方向,并系统综述了相关测量方法和现阶段主要研究结果。未来可以进一步探索基于自我控制三种理论模型的行为研究,特别是对自我控制资源模型的自我损耗进行深入研究,并探讨各模型之间的内在机制。同时,可以探究自我控制在青少年各类心理健康问题中的中介作用,并结合其他的积极心理品质如自尊、自信等共同探究。这些研究将帮助我们理解自我控制在青少年发展中的作用以及在心理健康和社会适应方面的重要性。此外,我们还可以探讨在培养青少年自我控制方面的干预策略,例如认知训练、情绪调节技巧的培养等。这些干预策略的研究将帮助青少年更好地应对挑战和压力,提高他们的心理健康和社会适应能力。
Self-control is of great importance in a person’s successful adaptation to society, and adolescence is an important period for the development of self-control. The paper summarizes the main research directions in the current field and provides a systematic review of the relevant measurement methods and the main findings at this stage. In the future, behavioral studies based on the three theoretical models of self-control can be further explored, especially in-depth studies on the self-attrition of the self-control resource model, and the intrinsic mechanisms between the models can be explored. Meanwhile, the mediating role of self-control in various types of mental health problems among adolescents can be explored and jointly with other positive psychological qualities such as self-esteem and self-confidence. These studies will help us understand the role of self-control in adolescent development and its importance in mental health and social adjustment. In addition, we can explore intervention strategies for developing adolescents’ self-control, such as cognitive training and the development of emotion regulation skills. The study of these intervention strategies will help adolescents to better cope with challenges and stress and improve their mental health and social adjustment.
