角色伦理视角下女性工作–家庭冲突研究
A Study on Women’s Work Family Conflict from the Perspective of Role Ethics

女性工作与家庭生活的双重矛盾，呈现了现代女性角色切换与个人发展所遇到的挑战，工作和家庭领域的压力冲突，使得女性在参与工作或家庭角色时很难做到两者平衡。在角色伦理理论的视角下女性工作–家庭冲突存在正义伦理与关怀伦理矛盾、个人价值与社会责任冲突以及角色认知和社会期待对立的伦理问题，需要从贯彻马克思主义女性观、遵循角色伦理理论及坚持男女平等三个方面构建缓解女性工作–家庭冲突的伦理路径，从而帮助女性更好地平衡工作和家庭角色，推动女性个人发展和社会进步。
The dual contradiction between women’s work and family life presents the challenges faced by modern women’s role switching and personal development. The pressure conflicts in the work and family fields make it difficult for women to achieve a balance between the two when participating in work or family roles. From the perspective of role ethics theory, there are ethical issues in the con-flict between women’s work family, including the contradiction between justice ethics and care eth-ics, the conflict between personal values and social responsibilities, and the opposition between role cognition and social expectations. It is necessary to construct an ethical path to alleviate women family conflicts from three aspects: implementing Marxist views on women, following role ethics theory, and adhering to gender equality, in order to help women better balance their work and family roles and promote women’s personal development and social progress.
