新时代高校加强学生会建设路径研究

高校学生会是党领导下共青团主导的高校团学组织体系的重要组成部分，依照法律、学校规章制度和各自的章程开展工作。本文梳理了高校学生会目前现存问题，阐明了制约高校学生会组织改革因素，探讨了新时代高校加强学生会建设路径。高校应当致力于提升学生会工作人员的政治素养和能力素养、优化学生会组织设置、加强队伍建设、坚持从严治会、创新工作内容和机制、优化运行机制和提升工作效能，以此打造一支政治觉悟高、充满活力、服务能力强的学生会队伍，服务同学成长，支持学校育人工作，做引领广大同学成长的组织。
The college student union is an important part of the college league organization system led by the Communist Youth League under the leadership of the Communist Party of China, and works in accordance with the law, the rules and regulations of the university and their respective charters. This paper sorts out the existing problems of college student unions, clarifies the factors restricting the organizational reform of college student unions, and discusses the path of strengthening the construction of student unions in colleges and universities in the new era. Colleges and universities should be committed to improving the political literacy and ability of student union staff, optimizing the organizational setting of student unions, strengthening team building, adhering to strict governance, innovating work content and mechanisms, optimizing operational mechanisms and improving work efficiency, so as to build a student union team with high political awareness, vitality and strong service ability, serve the growth of students, support the school’s education work, and be an organization that leads the growth of the majority of students.
