Abstract:

在当今社会,中学生面临多重压力与挑战,其心理健康备受关注。抗逆力是个体应对压力和挑战的能力,对中学生的健康成长和发展具有重要意义。针对抗逆力低下的问题,本研究从优势视角出发,尝试开展小组工作介入的实务研究,探索提升中学生抗逆力的有效策略和途径。结果显示,小组工作介入对提升中学生抗逆力具有积极影响,有助于促进其健康成长与发展。
In today’s society, middle school students face multiple pressures and challenges, and their mental health has garnered significant attention. Resilience, the ability of individuals to cope with stress and adversity, is crucial for the healthy growth and development of adolescents. In response to the issue of low resilience, this study, from a strengths-based perspective, embarked on a practical investigation of group work intervention to explore effective strategies and approaches for enhancing adolescent resilience. The results indicate that group work intervention has a positive impact on enhancing middle school students’ resilience, thereby promoting their healthy growth and development.
