大学生状态怀旧对生命意义感的影响

Abstract:
本研究通过2项实验，考察了大学生状态怀旧对生命意义感的影响。实验1使用经典事件回忆写作范式，考察状态怀旧对生命意义感的影响，结果发现，怀旧组被试感知到的生命意义感显著高于非怀旧组。实验2将状态怀旧在内容上区分为积极怀旧和消极怀旧，使用事件回忆写作范式，考察不同怀旧内容对生命意义感的影响，结果发现，积极怀旧组和消极怀旧组被试感知到的生命意义感均显著高于非怀旧组，但积极怀旧组被试的生命意义感显著高于消极怀旧组。本研究结果表明，对于大学生群体，状态怀旧的唤起有助于其生命意义感的提升，同时，在状态怀旧的内容上，积极怀旧内容和消极怀旧内容都对生命意义感有促进作用，但积极怀旧内容的影响程度更大。
Through two experiments, this study investigated the effect of state nostalgia on meaning in life of college students. Experiment 1 used the classic event reflection task paradigm to investigate the impact of state nostalgia on the meaning in life. The results showed that meaning in life perceived by the nostalgic group was significantly higher than that of the non-nostalgic group. In experiment 2, the content of state nostalgia was divided into positive nostalgia and negative nostalgia, and the influence of different nostalgia contents on meaning in life was investigated by using the event re-flection task paradigm. The results showed that meaning in life perceived by the participants in the both positive nostalgia group and the negative nostalgia group was significantly higher than that in the non-nostalgic group, but meaning in life of the positive nostalgia group was significantly higher than that in the negative nostalgia group. The results of this study show that for college students, the arousal of state nostalgia contributes to the enhancement of their meaning in life. Meanwhile, in terms of the content of state nostalgia, both positive and negative content promote meaning in life, but the positive content has a greater impact.
