乡村振兴背景下成都市农村互助养老的困境及对策研究——基于SWOT分析法
Research on the Dilemmas and Countermeasures of Mutual Aid Elderly Care in Rural Areas of Chengdu under the Background of Rural Revitalization: Based on SWOT Analysis Method

目的：通过分析乡村振兴背景下成都市互助养老的优化路径，提出有助于成都市农村互助养老产业更高质量发展的相关建议。方法：本文基于SWOT分析方法，探究乡村振兴背景下成都市农村互助养老发展的内部优势、劣势和外部机遇、威胁，并有针对性地搭建成都市农村互助养老战略优化路径框架。结果：经过SWOT分析得出，成都市农村互助养老目前还存在着诸如设施缺乏、政策不全等劣势和经济发展落后、产业不规范等威胁，但同时也存在丰富养老模式、减轻养老负担等优势和需求量大、现有政策科学等机遇；据此本文在具体分析的基础上提出针对性的建议。结论：乡村振兴背景下成都市农村互助养老模式的SWOT分析根植于成都市现状，得出的结论有一定的科学性和综合可行性，有助于成都市农村互助养老的高质量发展，给成都市农村老人提供安心舒适健全的养老服务。
Purpose: To analyze the optimization path of mutual aid elderly care in Chengdu under the background of rural revitalization, and propose relevant suggestions for the higher quality development of the rural mutual aid elderly care industry in Chengdu. Method: Based on the SWOT analysis method, this article explores the internal advantages, disadvantages, external opportunities, and threats of the development of rural mutual aid elderly care in Chengdu under the background of rural revitalization, and constructs a targeted framework for optimizing the strategy of rural mutual aid elderly care in Chengdu. Result: Through SWOT analysis, it was found that there are still disadvantages such as lack of facilities and unclear policies in rural mutual aid elderly care in Chengdu, as well as threats such as imbalanced economic development and imperfect market structure. However, there are also advantages such as enriching elderly care models and increasing elderly benefits in rural mutual aid elderly care, as well as opportunities such as large demand for mutual aid elderly care and scientific existing policies. Based on specific analysis, it proposes targeted suggestions. Conclusion: The SWOT analysis of the rural mutual aid elderly care model in Chengdu un-der the background of rural revitalization is rooted in the current situation of Chengdu, and the conclusions drawn have certain scientific and comprehensive feasibility, which is helpful for the high-quality development of rural mutual aid elderly care in Chengdu and provides safe, comfortable, and sound elderly care services for rural elderly in Chengdu.
