乡村振兴背景下农村法律援助面临的困境与对策研究

随着我国经济社会的进步，乡村振兴战略逐渐融入人们的生活，对农业农村农民的发展产生了重要影响。乡村振兴战略是党中央为解决“三农”问题，对农村未来发展的科学规划，为实现这一目标，重点在于为农村提供法律援助，帮助农民增强法律意识，使农民能平等享受国家法律资源。然而，目前农村地区的法律援助效果并不理想，因此，本文将进一步结合乡村振兴的发展需求，深入探讨农村法律援助存在的问题，并结合我国农村法律援助现状，在增加农村法律援助队伍的数量，提高其专业素养、多渠道筹集农村法律援助资金、加强法律援助宣传工作方面提出更科学的法律援助问题解决策略，以提升农村法律援助的有效性。
With the progress of China’s economy and society, the strategy of rural revitalization has gradually integrated into people’s lives, and has had an important impact on the development of agriculture, rural areas, and farmers. The rural revitalization strategy is the scientific planning of the Party Central Committee for the future development of rural areas to solve the “three rural” problems. To achieve this goal, the focus is on providing legal assistance to rural areas, helping farmers enhance their legal awareness, and enabling them to equally enjoy national legal resources. However, the current effectiveness of legal aid in rural areas is not ideal. Therefore, this article will further combine the development needs of rural revitalization, deeply explore the problems existing in rural legal aid, and propose more scientific legal aid problem-solving strategies to enhance the effectiveness of rural legal aid by increasing the number of rural legal aid teams, improving their professional competence, raising rural legal aid funds through multiple channels, and strengthening legal aid publicity work.
