However, there are some defects in this system, such as cumbersome preposition procedure, too short prosecution period, unclear objection cause, lack of prevention against abuse of the right of action, and the awkward position of the outsider in the trial supervision procedure, In order to promote the better development of this system, we will analyze the above problems one by one, and put forward corresponding improvement suggestions, such as canceling the preposition procedure of the lawsuit against the outsider, appropriately extending the time limit for filing the lawsuit against the outsider, clarifying the reasons for filing the lawsuit against the outsider, clear the legal responsibility of abusing the objection of the outsider and the position of the outsider in the trial supervision procedure.
