优良家风在青少年思想品格涵育中的价值及实现路径研究

家风，是家庭成员在长期生活实践中形成的价值理念和家庭风尚，集中体现了家庭的整体精神风貌。优良家风有助于青少年心理健康的培育、正确价值观念的形成、理想信念的坚定和道德行为的规范，总能帮助青少年迈好人生的第一个台阶，总能符合新时代的发展要求。青少年思想品格涵育的过程，就是其内化为正确的价值认知、感化为自发的情感认同、强化为稳定的道德意志、深化为自发的行为实践的过程。为此，新时代背景下，以优良家风来对青少年进行思想品格涵育，需要从家庭入手，用日常言行的教化作用提高青少年的价值认知，用春风沐雨的浸润作用培养青少年的情感认同，用家规家训的约束作用锤炼青少年的道德意志，用行为习惯的认可作用培养青少年的行为实践，着力推进新时代家风建设，保障青少年全面健康地成长成人成才。
