生态翻译学下的外宣政治文献翻译策略——以《新时代的中国与世界》为例
Translation Strategies of Outreach Political Literature under Eco-Translatology—Taking China and the World in a New Era as an Example

《新时代的中国与世界》是国务院新闻办于2019年印发的白皮书，书中阐述了改革开放以来中国在国家经济发展方面所采取的系列措施，以及回答中国促进建设一个怎样的世界，中国与世界怎样建立起联系的相关问题。因此，本书外宣翻译的好坏直接影响着世界对中国的看法以及对中国国际形象与政治话语结构的间接理解。清华大学著名教授胡庚申在(Eco-translatology)中提出了一个全新的理论——生态翻译学，是对“生态理性”的应用，从生态学视角综合分析翻译，则是对“翻译就是一个适应与选择的过程”的整体阐释。在生态翻译理论的指导下，文章以《新时代的中国与世界》一书为例，讨论了外宣政治文献的翻译策略。
China and the World in a New Era is a white paper released by the Information Office of the State Council in 2019, which introduces a series of measures taken by China for the country’s economic development since its reform and opening up, as well as answering questions related to what kind of world China is pushing forward to build, and how China is connecting with the world. Therefore, the translation of this book directly affects the world's view of China and the indirect understanding of China's international image and political discourse structure. Ecological Translation is a brand new translation theory founded by Hu Genshen at Tsinghua University, which applies “ecological ra-tionality”, analyzes translation comprehensively under the perspective of ecology, and is also an overall interpretation of “translation is adaptation and choice”. Taking the ecological translation theory as a guide, this paper discusses the translation strategy of foreign political literature, taking China and the World in the New Era as an example.
