乡村振兴背景下产业兴旺与农民生活水平研究——以重庆市为例
Research on Industrial Prosperity and Farmers’ Living Standards under the Background of Rural Revitalization—Taking Chongqing as an Example

在乡村振兴背景下，乡村振兴战略的总目标是实现农业农村现代化，乡村振兴战略同时要求实现乡村产业兴旺、生态宜居、乡风文明、治理有效、生活富裕五个方面协调发展，其中产业兴旺作为乡村振兴战略总方针的关键，对于乡村振兴、贫困县摘帽，有着十分深远的意义，农民生活水平反映我国农村人口的现实生活状况，是检验乡村振兴战略实施成效最直接的指标。本文以重庆市乡村振兴为例，理论分析与实证分析相结合，通过文献综述梳理现有学者的观点，并运用计量经济学模型进行多元线性回归分析，研究了乡村振兴背景下产业兴旺与农民生活水平之间的相关性，最终得出结论并提出相应的政策建议。
Under the background of rural revitalization, the general goal of the rural revitalization strategy is to realize the modernization of agriculture and rural areas. The rural revitalization strategy also requires the coordinated development of rural industry prosperity, ecological livability, rural culture and civilization, effective governance and prosperous life. As the key to the general policy of the rural revitalization strategy, industrial prosperity has a very farreaching significance for rural revitalization and poverty alleviation. Farmers’ living standards reflect the real living conditions of rural population in China, which is the most direct indicator to test the implementation effect of the rural revitalization strategy. Taking Chongqing’s rural revitalization as an example, this paper combines theoretical analysis with empirical analysis, summarizes the views of existing scholars through literature review, and conducts multiple linear regression analysis using econometric models. Finally, it draws a conclusion and puts forward corresponding policy suggestions.
