Abstract:

大量的研究表明全麻妇科腹腔镜术后疼痛发生率较高可达79.2%,且其并发症包括了胃肠功能恢复延迟、术后恶心呕吐以及术后谵妄等严重影响了患者的术后恢复、增加住院时间、为患者带来不良的治疗体验。近年来电针在围术期的应用越来越火热,其广泛的治疗作用包括术后镇痛、促进胃肠功能恢复、降低术后恶心呕吐的发生率以及降低术后谵妄的发生率等。本文通过查阅大量电针治疗相关资料对其作用机制以及应用进行总结,为日后在妇科腹腔镜术后的应用提供一定的理论依据。
Numerous studies have shown that the incidence of pain after gynecological laparoscopic surgery under general anesthesia is as high as 79.2%, and its complications include delayed recovery of gastrointestinal function, postoperative nausea and vomiting, and postoperative delirium, which seriously affect the postoperative recovery of patients, increase hospitalization time, and bring ad-verse treatment experience to patients. In recent years, the application of electroacupuncture in the perioperative period has become increasingly popular. Its extensive therapeutic effects include postoperative analgesia, promoting gastrointestinal function recovery, reducing the incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting, and reducing the incidence of postoperative delirium. This ar-ticle summarizes the mechanism of action and application of electroacupuncture treatment by consulting a large amount of relevant data, providing a certain theoretical basis for its future appli-cation in gynecological laparoscopic surgery.
