A Study of Young Agricultural and Forestry Talents Returning to Their Hometowns for Employment and Entrepreneurship under the Strategy of Rural Revitalization

实施乡村振兴战略，是党的二十大做出的重大决策部署之一，是推进农村经济整体发展的重大任务，是实现农村人民共同富裕的必然要求。乡村振兴战略为农村农业在新时代的发展中提供了重大发展契机，更对农村人才发展提出了新的要求与挑战。基于此，本文首先对当前农林类青年人才返乡就业创业的现状进行分析，其次阐述乡村振兴背景下对于农林类青年人才返乡的新需求，并以此为立足点，探究助力农林青年人才返乡就业创业的对策，并基于乡村振兴战略背景下，谈论农林类青年人才返乡就业的意义与作用，旨在促进农村可持续发展的同时，为农林类青年人才提供良好的就业创业机会，进一步助力自身与新农村的发展与建设。
Implementing the rural revitalization strategy is a major decision made at the 20th National Congress of the CPC, a major task to promote the overall development of the rural economy, and an inevitable requirement for achieving common prosperity for the rural people. The strategy of rural revitalization provides a great opportunity for the development of rural agriculture in the new era, but also puts forward new requirements and challenges for the development of rural talents. Based on this, this paper firstly analyzes the current situation of young agricultural and forestry talents returning to their hometowns for employment and entrepreneurship. Secondly, it expounds the new demand for young agricultural and forestry talents returning to their hometowns under the background of rural revitalization. Based on this, it explores the countermeasures to help young agricultural and forestry talents return to their hometowns for employment and entrepreneurship. It aims to promote the sustainable development of rural areas and provide good employment and entrepreneurship opportunities for young talents in agriculture and forestry fields, so as to further help themselves and the development and construction of the new countryside.
