非酒精性脂肪性肝病的中西医研究进展
|
Abstract:
通过近年来非酒精性脂肪性肝病相关文献的研究，结果表明，虽然中西医在治疗该疾病方面取得了一定的进展，但在发病机制及治疗上还有待深入研究。特别是对于建立中医药标准化诊疗体系，需要更多的科研项目和循证医学的支持。本文分别从西医和中医的角度，对其近年来的流行病学、发病机制、病因病机、临床治疗等方面进行归纳、汇总，旨在探讨该疾病的研究现状，为中西医结合治疗该病提供新的思路。
Through the study of relevant literature on non-alcoholic fatty liver disease in recent years, the re-sults indicate that while both Chinese and Western medicine has made certain progress in the treatment of this disease, there is still a need for further research into its pathogenesis and treat-ment. Especially for the establishment of a standardized diagnostic and treatment system in tradi-tional Chinese medicine, more scientific research programs and evidence-based medicine support are required. This article summarizes and compiles its epidemiology, pathogenesis, etiology and pathogenesis, and clinical treatment from the perspectives of Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine in recent years, aiming to explore the current status of research on this disease in both Chinese and Western medicine, and to provide a new way of thinking for the combined treat-ment of the disease with Chinese and Western medicine.
