大数据时代个人信息法律保护探析
Analysis on Legal Protection of Personal Information in the Era of Big Data

在信息技术高速发展的时代，个人信息的保护对于保护公民隐私权和财产安全，维护网络安全，社会和谐稳定具有重要意义。同时随着大数据的不断发展，个人信息的保护问题日益凸显。本文通过分析个人信息法律保护的现实困境，并进一步提出从建立健全个人信息保护法律体系、建立专门的政府监管机构、便捷化情景化知情同意方式及提高公众的个人信息保护意识四方面加强对个人信息的保护，以筑牢个人信息保护安全屏障。
In the era of rapid development of information technology, the protection of personal information is of great significance for protecting citizens’ privacy and property security, maintaining network security, and promoting social harmony and stability. With the continuous development of big data, the protection of personal information is becoming increasingly prominent. This article analyzes the practical difficulties in legal protection of personal information and further proposes to strengthen the protection of personal information from four aspects: establishing a sound legal system for personal information protection, establishing specialized government regulatory agencies, facilitating situational informed consent methods, and improving public awareness of personal information protection, in order to build a solid barrier for personal information protection security.
