庄田畋教授治疗乳腺增生的辨证用药经验
Professor Zhuang Tiantian’s Dialectical Experience in Treating Hyperplasia of Mammary Gland

乳腺增生的临床发病率高，属于中医的“乳癖”、“乳中结核”、“乳核”等疾病范畴。庄田畋教授认为该病是以肝脏气机、气化功能异常，从而引起气、血、痰、瘀等功能失常或病理变化为主要病机。此外，庄田畋教授也认为乳腺增生的发生与月经周期密切相关，在治疗上以柴胡疏肝散为基础方结合女性处于月经的不同时期辨证用药。文章总结了庄田畋教授治疗乳腺增生症的辨证、临床用药经验，以期传承其学术思想，推动临床实践。
Mammary hyperplasia has a high clinical incidence rate, belonging to the category of “breast addic-tion”, “tuberculosis in milk”, “breast nucleus” and other diseases in traditional Chinese medicine. Professor Zhuang Tiantian believes that the main pathogenesis of the disease is the abnormal func-tion of liver qi and gasification, which leads to the dysfunction or pathological changes of Qi, blood, phlegm and blood stasis. In addition, Professor Zhuang Tiantian also believes that the occurrence of breast hyperplasia is closely related to the menstrual cycle. In terms of treatment, Chaihu Shugan powder is used as the basis, combined with women in different periods of menstruation. This paper summarizes Professor Zhuang Tiantian’s dialectical and clinical medication experience in the treatment of breast hyperplasia, in order to inherit his academic thought and promote clinical practice.
