积极心理学视域下大学生“躺平”现象对策分析

“躺平”一词出现以后，迅速成为当代大学生群体进行自嘲与自讽的“口头禅”。如今，“躺平”现象在日常生活中早已司空见惯，是当代大学生内心的现实反映。“躺平”现象不断影响着大学生群体的思想信念，因此有必要从积极心理学的角度，引导大学生群体认清“躺平”现象的本质及形成原因，提出解决“躺平”现象的教育对策，引导当代大学生正确认识“躺平”并形成积极向上的人生态度。
After the word “lying flat” appeared, it quickly became the “mantra” of contemporary college stu-dents for self-mockery and self-irony. Nowadays, the phenomenon of “lying flat” has long been commonplace in daily life, and it is a realistic reflection of the inner heart of contemporary college students. The phenomenon of “lying flat” constantly affects the thoughts and beliefs of college stu-dents, so it is necessary to guide college students to recognize the nature and formation reasons of “lying flat” phenomenon from the perspective of positive psychology, and put forward educational countermeasures to solve the phenomenon, so as to guide contemporary college students to cor-rectly understand “lying flat” and form a positive attitude towards life.
