医学院校大学生志愿服务活动中法制观念培养及实施途径
The Cultivation and Implementation Way of Legal Concept in Volunteer Service Activities of Medical College Students

近年来，公共卫生问题频发，医学生以其扎实的专业素养，在志愿服务活动上具备独特的优势，如何在突发公共卫生事件中保障志愿者的权益不容忽视，医学生只有一定程度上“知法、懂法”，才能更好地开展志愿服务。当前大学生志愿服务活动不断发展，同时面临了机遇和挑战，志愿者权益的保护至关重要，提高医学生志愿者法律、法规意识更是重中之重。因此，本文系统探讨新时期大学生志愿服务活动权益保护的问题，旨在为我国大学生志愿服务法制观念的培养提供依据，并提出适合医学生法制观念培养的途径以推进我国志愿服务事业的发展。
In recent years, public health problems have occurred frequently, and medical students have unique advantages in volunteer service activities with their solid professional qualities. How to protect the rights and interests of volunteers in public health emergencies cannot be ignored. Only to a certain extent, medical students can better carry out volunteer service. At present, with the continuous development of college students’ volunteer service activities, it is also faced with opportunities and challenges. It is of great importance to protect the rights and interests of volunteers, and it is of great importance to improve the awareness of laws and regulations of medical students’ volunteers. Therefore, this paper systematically discusses the protection of the rights and interests of college students’ voluntary service activities in the new era, aiming at providing a basis for the cultivation of legal concept of college students’ voluntary service in China, and puts forward the appropriate ways for the cultivation of legal concept of medical students to promote the development of voluntary service in China.
