Abstract:

课程坚持立德树人、培养高素质专业化教师队伍的使命,深入剖析传统教学模式中所面临的“课程理论抽象,教材缺少实践设计”“学生自主学习与合作学习意识不强,课堂参与度不高”“形成性评价缺失,评价方式不完善”等课程“痛点”问题,探索了“通古今、融中外”“知行合一、学以致用”“以生为师、教学相长”的新理念,融入了“思政引领”“国学传承”“就业指导”“职业规划”的新内容,采用了“充分互动”“注重交流”“同伴互助”“角色模拟”“因材施教”的新方法,创建了“辩证、批判性、建设性、定性与量化相结合”的过程性评价新机制,努力打造学为中心、参与度高、实践性强的新型高效课堂,提高师范生培养质量。
The course adheres to the mission of cultivating moral character and cultivating a high-quality professional teaching team, and deeply analyzes the pain points faced by traditional teaching models such as “abstract curriculum theory, lack of practical design in textbooks,” “weak awareness of self-directed and cooperative learning among students, low classroom participation,” “lack of formative evaluation, and imperfect evaluation methods”. It explored the new concept of “integrating ancient and modern, integrating domestic and foreign”, “integrating knowledge and action, applying knowledge”, “learning from students, and promoting mutual learning”, integrated new content of “ideological and political guidance”, “inheritance of traditional Chinese culture”, “employment guidance”, and “career planning”, and adopted new methods of “full interaction”, “emphasis on communication”, “peer assistance”, “role simulation”, and “teaching according to individual needs”. We have established a new process evaluation mechanism that combines dialectical, critical, constructive, qualitative and quantitative approaches, striving to create a new and efficient classroom centered on learning, with high participation and strong practicality, and improve the quality of teacher training.
