Abstract:

辅导员开展心理咨询工作已成为我国各高校解决学生心理问题,引导学生保持积极健康心态的主要途径,充分发挥了辅导员心理育人的教育效果。但在具体实践过程中仍存在着专业知识缺乏、角色冲突、精力有限以及学生刻意与辅导员保持距离的现实困境。为了打破现实困境,我们需要采取开展专业培训、优化辅导员的工作方式、培养学生助手以及缩短师生距离等措施,来提升各高校辅导员开展心理咨询的工作效果,帮助学生解决心理问题,促进大学生健康成长成才。
Counselor’s psychological counseling work has become an important way for universities in our country to solve students’ psychological problems and guide students to maintain a positive and healthy mentality, giving full play to counselor’s psychological education effect. However, in the practical process, there are still some practical dilemmas, such as lack of professional knowledge, role conflict of multiple identity transformation, limited energy and students deliberately keeping distance from counselors. In order to break the real dilemma, we need to carry out professional training, optimize the working mode of counselors, train student assistants and shorten the dis-tance between teachers and students to improve the effect of psychological counseling carried out by college counselors, help students solve psychological problems, and promote the healthy growth of college students.
