在全面依法治国的战略的推动下，社会主义现代化建设迫切需要德法兼修的高素质人才。“法治政府建设是全面依法治国的重点任务和主体工程”，结合党的二十大报告所强调精神，行政法与行政诉讼法作为法律专业基础课程，对法治人才培养具有重要支撑作用，教学改革应当以法治政府建设需求为导向，融入道德素养培育，突出实践培养能力，创新行政法与行政诉讼法课程体系，为法治中国建设培育德才兼备的高素质法治工作队伍。
Driven by the strategy of comprehensively governing the country according to law, socialist modernization construction urgently needs high-quality talents who are good at both morality and law. “The construction of a government under the rule of law is a key task and the main project of com-prehensively governing the country according to law.” Based on the spirit emphasized in the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, administrative law and administra-tive procedure law, as basic courses for legal majors, play an important supporting role in cultivat-ing rule of law talents. For teaching reform, we should be guided by the needs of building a rule of law government, integrate the cultivation of moral literacy, highlight practical training capabilities, innovate the administrative law and administrative litigation law curriculum system, and cultivate a high-quality rule of law team with both ability and political integrity for the construction of a rule of law China.
