论大学生创业过程中的法律风险及其解决路径
On the Legal Risks in the Process of College Students’ Entrepreneurship and Their Solution Paths

随着我国“大众创业，万众创新”战略的深入推进，越来越多的大学生投身到创新创业当中。大学生在创业过程中,由于缺乏法律意识、未能遵守法律规定或合同约定,或者因为法律事件的出现而引起不良的法律后果，不利于大学生创业的长远发展。增强大学生法律风险意识、拓展相关法律课程，优化创新创业课程培养体系、立足实践，校内校外有机联动，将创新创业法律风险作为大学生法律素质的核心内容,从而促进大学生全面自由发展的教育目标实现。
With the in-depth promotion of the strategy of \"mass entrepreneurship and innovation\" in China, more and more college students are engaged in innovation and entrepreneurship. In the process of entrepreneurship, the lack of legal awareness, the failure to comply with legal regulations or contractual agreements, or the emergence of legal events have led to adverse legal consequences, which are not conducive to the long-term development of university students' entrepreneurship. Enhancing students’ awareness of legal risks, expanding related legal courses, optimising the training system of innovation and entrepreneurship courses, based on practice, and organic linkage between on-campus and off-campus, make the legal risks of innovation and entrepreneurship as the core content of the legal quality of college students, so as to promote the realization of the educational goal of the comprehensive and free development of college students.
