乡村振兴战略下农村中老年人法律求助意识的研究
Investigation and Study on the Legal Recourse Consciousness of Rural Middle-Aged and Elderly People under the Strategy of Rural Revitalization

党的二十大会议指出，加强法治乡村建设是实施乡村振兴战略，推进全面依法治国的基础性工作。文章从农村中老年人法律求助意识角度切入，通过访谈法、问卷调查法以及文献分析法，发现农村中老年人的法律求助意识偏低的现状。在深度剖析原因的基础上提出了强化乡村司法保障等对策建议。
The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that strengthening the construction of law-based villages is the basic work for implementing the rural revitalization strategy and promoting the rule of law in an all-round way. Based on the angle of legal recourse consciousness of rural middle-aged and elderly people, this research found out the legal recourse consciousness is generally low through interviews, questionnaires and literature analysis. On the basis of in-depth analysis of the reasons, this study puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen rural judicial protection.
