电子政务用户价值的文献综述与展望

Abstract:
当前电子政务用户价值的相关研究已经引起了学术界较多的关注,因此有必要对国内外的相关文献进行系统性的回顾和梳理。文章通过在Web of Science和CNKI数据库中收集和筛选了42篇核心文献,通过系统性的梳理与分析,发现以往的研究主要集中在信任、安全、透明性、效率、可靠性、互动性、问责制、可访问性、响应性、公平性、民主、隐私和个性化等13种价值上。此外,文章指出先前的研究主要是通过文献分析来识别这些价值,因此呼吁未来的研究者能够利用实证数据,通过探索性分析来识别电子政务情境下用户所关注的更多价值。
Recent research on the user value of e-government has attracted considerable attention in the academic community, making it necessary to systematically review and organize relevant litera-ture from both domestic and international sources. By collecting and filtering 42 core documents from the Web of Science and CNKI databases, a systematic review and analysis revealed that previous studies mainly focused on thirteen values: trust, security, transparency, efficiency, reliability, interactivity, accountability, accessibility, responsiveness, fairness, democracy, privacy, and personalization. Additionally, the article notes that prior research primarily identified these values through literature analysis and calls for future researchers to use empirical data and exploratory analysis to identify more values of concern to users in the e-government context.
