教师权威的作用与实施途径

Abstract:

权威的存在是人类社会的根本需要,人类社会无法脱离权威而独立存在;而教育领域作为社会生活的其中之一,同样需要教育上的权威。教师权威则是教育权威的主要代表,也是权威在学校教育中的主要表现,具体表现为:教师对学生的控制和管理、学生对老师的依附与顺从。在学校教育中,教师权威具有十分重要的作用,具体表现为三个方面:1) 教师权威是学校教育的必然要求;2) 教师权威是学生成长的推动力;3) 教师权威是教师角色的本源之义。而在学校教育中,树立教师权威需要维持一种爱与罚之间的道德张力,主要包括:1) 以爱说理,树立理性教师权威;2) 罚之有度,保障有效教师权威;3) 爱、罚平衡,造就合理教师权威。
The existence of authority is the basic need of human society, which can not exist independently without authority, and the field of education, as one of the social life, also needs the authority of education. Teacher authority is the main representative of education authority, and also the main expression of authority in school education, which is embodied in: teacher’s control and management of students, students’ dependence and obedience to teachers. In school education, teacher authority plays an important role, which is embodied in three aspects: 1) teacher authority is an inevitable requirement of school education; 2) teacher authority is the driving force for student growth; 3) teacher authority is the essence of the teacher’s role. In school education, it is necessary to maintain a kind of moral tension between love and punishment to establish teachers’ authority, which includes: 1) reasoning with love to establish rational teacher authority; 2) punishing in moderation to ensure effective teacher authority; 3) balancing love and punishment to create reasonable teacher authority.
