正念减压训练在亚临床强迫个体中的干预效应

Abstract:

目的:本研究将探究在线正念减压训练在亚临床强迫个体中的效果以及进一步探索了可能的影响机制。方法:经纳入排除标准筛选出62名被试,随机分为正念减压训练组(干预组)和常规心理健康教育组(对照组),干预组进行为期8周的在线正念减压训练,对照组进行同期的心理健康教育。结果:在线的正念减压训练相比于心理健康教育,能显著提高亚临床强迫个体的正念水平(P < 0.001),降低亚临床强迫个体的强迫症状(F(1,60) = 182.44, P < 0.001, \"\"= 0.75)、焦虑程度及抑郁程度。FFMQ量表中的观察对强迫症状的解释占有主要原因。结论:在线正念减压训练与常规心理健康教育相比,对亚临床强迫个体更有效,正念中的观察或是改善亚临床强迫症状的主要原因。
Sixty-two subjects were screened by the inclusion and exclusion criteria, and randomly divided into a mindfulness-based stress reduction training group (intervention group) and a conventional men-tal health education group (control group), with the intervention group undergoing online mind-fulness-based stress reduction training for 8 weeks, and the control group undergoing the mental health education during the same period. Results: Online mindfulness-based stress reduction training significantly increased the level of mindfulness in high obsessive compulsive tendencies (P < 0.001) and decreased obsessive-compulsive symptoms (F(1,60) = 182.44, P < 0.001, \"\"= 0.75), anxiety level and depression level in high obsessive compulsive tendencies, compared with mental health education. Observations in mindfulness-based stress reduction accounted for the main rea-son for the interpretation of obsessive-compulsive symptoms. Conclusion: Online mindful-ness-based stress reduction training was more effective for high obsessive compulsive tendencies individuals compared with conventional mental health education, and observation in mindfulness probably the main reason for the improvement of high obsessive compulsive tendencies symptoms.
