基于卢卡奇物化理论浅析大学生“自我物化”心理及其策略
A Brief Analysis of College Students’ Self-Objectification Psychology and Its Strategies Based on Lukács’ Materialization Theory

卢卡奇基于20世纪中期的社会背景首次提出物化理论，他认为，物化是资本主义社会的必然现象，揭示了资本主义生产方式下人自身、人的劳动、人的社会关系物化成客观的无生命的东西，人成为可以被物衡量的对象，反映在人的意识中形成物化意识，丧失主体性、创造性和阶级意识。而在当今中国，物化必然已不是社会主义的基本特征，但对于思想意识仍较为薄弱的大学生群体来说，物化对其心理的影响仍然存在，表现为大学生的自我物化心理，本文将基于卢卡奇的物化理论探讨大学生自我物化心理的表现、原因以及提出几点策略，旨在改善大学生心理健康状况，促进大学生健康成长。
Based on the social background of the mid-20th century, Lukács first put forward the theory of ma-terialization, he believed that objectification is an inevitable phenomenon of capitalist society, and he revealed that under the capitalist mode of production, people’s labor, and people’s social rela-tions are materialized into objective inanimate things, and people become objects that can be measured by things, which is reflected in the formation of materialized consciousness in people’s consciousness, the loss of subjectivity and creativity, and the loss of class consciousness of the pro-letariat. Based on Lukács’s theory of objectification, this paper will discuss the manifestations and causes of college students’ self-objectification psychology and put forward several strategies, aiming to improve the mental health of college students and promote the healthy growth of college stu-dents.
