积极心理学在大学生苏商精神培育过程中的运用
The Application of Positive Psychology in the Cultivation Process of College Students’ Su Shang Spirit

积极心理学主张以人的积极品质为核心进行心理学研究，倡导心理学不应该仅仅只是关注人的心理健康，同样也应该关注人的积极情绪，苏商精神是一种诚信经营、稳健务实、兼济天下的积极商业精神，苏商精神与积极心理学有着深刻的关联性，将积极心理学与苏商精神相融合，寻找其中的关联性，探寻苏商精神与积极心理学相融合过程中的可行性，并提出积极心理学与苏商精神相结合的具体策略。在积极心理学的视角之下，构建积极的社会组织从而营造一种积极的教育环境氛围，强化心理资本建设，提升学生的发展能力，从而针对性的培育和传承苏商精神。
Positive psychology advocates that psychological research should focus on people’s positive qualities and advocate that psychology should not only pay attention to people’s mental health, but also pay attention to people’s positive emotions. Su Shang spirit is a kind of positive business spirit with integrity management, steady and pragmatic, and helps the world. Su Shang Spirit has a profound correlation with positive psychology. This paper tries to integrate positive psychology with Su Shang spirit, find the correlation between them, explore the feasibility of Su Shang spirit and positive psychology, and put forward the specific strategy of combining positive psychology with Su Shang spirit. From the perspective of positive psychology, to build a positive social organization to create a positive educational environment, strengthen the construction of psychological capital, enhance the development ability of students, so as to cultivate and inherit the spirit of Su Shang.
