城市更新中既有酒店优化改造设计策略——以济南长城大厦为例
Optimization and Renovation Design Strategies for Existing Hotels in Urban Renewal—Taking Jinan Great Wall Building as an Example

在城市化进程快速发展的同时，城市早期建成的酒店因更新步伐较慢，逐渐失去了竞争力。因此建设时间较早、老化出现问题的酒店迎来了更急迫的发展挑战，改善酒店对城市的功能和其人居环境，优化酒店的功能体验成为重要的研究课题。对酒店的品质优化改造研究，在当下城市更新的进程下，有着积极意义。文章以济南的长城大厦为例，从场地环境重组、建筑形态更新、内部功能提升方面，提出酒店自整体到细部各个视角下的改造措施，使其适应时代发展，融入城市环境。
At the same time as the rapid urbanization process, the hotels built in the early days of the city gradually lost their competitiveness due to the slow pace of renewal. Therefore, the hotel with earlier construction time and aging problems has ushered in more urgent development challenges, and improving the hotel’s function to the city and its living environment, and optimizing the hotel’s functional experience have become important research topics. The research on the quality optimization and transformation of hotels is of positive significance in the current process of urban renewal. Taking the Great Wall Building in Jinan as an example, this paper proposes renovation measures from the perspective of the overall to the details from the aspects of site environment reorganization, architectural form renewal, and internal function improvement, so as to adapt to the development of the times and integrate into the urban environment.
