数字经济赋能乡村振兴的新态势、新困境与新路径
The New Situation, New Dilemma and New Path of Digital Economy Enabling Rural Revitalization

随着大数据、物联网等科学技术的发展，数字经济已经成为了我国未来经济高质量发展的重要变量。乡村振兴是当前国家发展的重要战略大事件，要应用数字经济和实体经济深度相结合，实现我国乡村振兴。数字经济赋能乡村振兴，为乡村产业兴旺、乡风文明、生态宜居、乡村治理提供了新引擎，使我国乡村形成了以大数据技术为支撑的产业系统化发展模式。但其也面临着以下困境：数字鸿沟下城市发展数据模式无法与乡村同步匹配；农业人才短缺；乡村基础配套设施不完善。从现实发展出发，乡村要实现振兴还需构建数字资源云共享平台、现代化基础设施、加强数字人才队伍建设。
With the development of big data, the Internet of Things and other sciences and technologies, the digital economy has become an important variable for the high-quality economic development of China’s future economy. Rural revitalization is an important strategic event in the current national development. We should combine the depth of digital economy and real economy to realize rural revitalization in China. Digital economy enables rural revitalization, providing a new engine for thriving rural industries, civilized rural customs, livable ecology, and rural governance, and forming a systematic industrial development model supported by big data technology in rural China. However, it also faces the following difficulties: unmatched urban development data model under the digital divide; shortage of agricultural talents; and imperfect rural infrastructure. Starting from the realistic development, it is necessary to build a digital resource cloud sharing platform, modern infrastructure, and strengthen the construction of digital talent team to realize the rural revitalization.
