中国话语和中国叙事体系的国际化建构
The International Construction of Chinese Discourse and the Chinese Narrative System

党的二十大报告对“加快构建中国话语和中国叙事体系”，进行了战略部署。中国话语和中国叙事体系的构建以人类命运共同体理念为坐标，以叙事逻辑、叙事文本、叙事技巧三个要素为叙事逻辑框架进行建构。中国话语传播的叙事逻辑策略实施4种方法，1) “融媒体”模式传播；2) 创办外文数字期刊；3) 利用国外自媒体对中国正面报道的短视频“借口说话”；4) 通过留学生短视频国际传播精品的征集活动，从而提升中国话语传播的影响力和说服力，使其传播效果得到全面提升。
The report of the 20th National Congress of the Party has made a strategic planning for “accelerat-ing the construction of the Chinese discourse and the Chinese narrative system.” Taking the com-mon concept of the destiny of mankind as coordinates, the Chinese discourse and the construction of the Chinese narrative system construct the narrative logic framework through three elements of narrative logic, narrative text, and narrative techniques. There are four methods for implementing the narrative logic strategy of Chinese discourse dissemination: 1) “Convergence media” model communication; 2) establishment of foreign language digital journals; 3) use of foreign self-media to “speak under excuses” for positive reports on China; 4) international communication quality collec-tion campaign through short videos from international students. Thus, the impact and persuasive power of the dissemination of Chinese discourse are enhanced, and the effectiveness of its commu-nication is improved across the board.
