新媒体时代高校辅导员思政教育话语权的提升路径探析

Abstract:

提升高校辅导员思想政治教育话语权既是高校牢牢掌握意识形态工作话语权的现实需要,也是全面落实高校立德树人根本任务的迫切要求。当前,辅导员思想政治教育话语权建构还存在着话语主体综合素养缺失、教育客体主观能动性不强、内容方式创新性不足、监督管理能力有待加强等现实问题。要有效提升辅导员思想政治教育话语权,一要激发主体自觉性,加强话语权思想引导;二要突出客体中心性,提升受教育者主观能动性;三要强调介体创新性,丰富思想政治教育载体;四要增强环体保障性,形成思想政治教育新风尚。
Improving the discourse power of college counselors in ideological and political education is not on-ly a practical need for colleges and universities to firmly grasp the discourse power of ideological work, but also an urgent requirement for fully implementing the fundamental task of moral education and cultivating people in colleges and universities across the country. At present, the construc-tion of discourse power in ideological and political education of counselors still has some practical problems, such as lack of comprehensive quality of discourse subjects, weak subjective initiative of educational objects, lack of innovation in content and mode, and supervision and management ability to be strengthened. In order to effectively improve the discourse power of ideological and politi-cal education of counselors, first, we should stimulate the consciousness of the subject and strengthen the ideological guidance of discourse power. Second, we should highlight the centrality of the object and enhance the subjective initiative of the educatees. Thirdly, we should emphasize the innovation of the medium and enrich the carrier of ideological and political education. Fourth, we must strengthen the support of the overall body and form a new trend of ideological and political education.
