树木画测验在大学生心理健康测评工作中的重要性分析

Abstract:
树木画测验作为绘画心理分析技术的重要方法，在大学生心理健康测评工作中具有重要作用。树木画测验由于其中立而无威胁、自我暴露较少等特点，可以有效地反映出个体真实的心理状态，具体表现在较高的信效度水平、特殊群体的鉴别等方面。此外，树木画测验在大学生心理问题的筛查和干预方面同样具有明显优势。虽然树木画测验已相对成熟，但仍然存在一些问题。因此，未来研究可对树木画测验的标准化及其干预效果有效性追踪等问题开展进一步探索。
Tree drawing test, as an important method of drawing psychoanalysis, plays an important role in the assessment of college students’ mental health. Tree drawing test can effectively reflect the real psychological state of individuals because of its neutrality, non-threat and less self-exposure, which is manifested in high reliability and validity level and identification of special groups. In addition, the tree drawing test also has obvious advantages in the screening and intervention of college stu-dents’ psychological problems. Although the tree drawing test is relatively mature, there are still some problems. Therefore, future research can further explore the standardization of tree drawing test and the tracking of the effectiveness of intervention effects.
