依法治校背景下高校大学生法律意识的培养
Cultivation of Legal Awareness among College Students under the Background of Governing Schools According to Law

教育的目标在于引导个体达到自我教育的境界。高校应加强对大学生法律意识的培养，推动整体法治建设。当前大学生基本法律知识薄弱，法律观念不强，高校法治观教学内容优化不够，法治观教育方法缺乏创新。通过创设教育场景、丰富资源、拓宽形式，在潜移默化中培养高校大学生法律意识，帮助大学生全面系统提升大学生法律素养。
The goal of education is to guide individuals to the realm of self-education. Colleges and universities should strengthen the cultivation of college students’ legal awareness and promote the overall construction of the rule of law. Currently, college students have weak basic legal knowledge and weak legal concepts, the teaching content of the concept of the rule of law in colleges and universities is not optimised enough, and the education method of the concept of the rule of law lacks innovation. By creating educational scenarios, enriching resources, and broadening forms, we can cultivate the legal awareness of college students in a subtle way, and help them to comprehensively and systematically improve their legal literacy.
