新时代农村空巢老人心理健康问题探析

随着城乡经济体制的革新，城市空间发展的扩大，大量农村劳动剩余人口向城市涌入，农村空巢老人也随即增多。在传统家庭结构逐渐解体、老人家庭地位的降低、生理素质的下降，心理慰藉与精神帮扶的严重缺失等多重因素作用下，农村空巢老人的心理健康问题日益严峻。不但严重影响到农村空巢老人的精神健康和身心愉悦，同时也对农村精神文明建设与和美乡村构建产生不利影响。因此，必须对这一问题引起高度重视。本文通过分析农村空巢老人心理问题的主要表现，深度剖析影响农村空巢老人心理问题的成因，并在此基础上提出相应的思考之策。以此希望能够为农村空巢老人群体带来更多的社会福利，改善农村空巢老人面临的问题与窘境。
With the innovation of urban and rural economic system and the expansion of urban space devel-opment, a large number of rural labor surplus population flooded into the cities, and the number of rural empty-nesters also increased immediately. Under the action of multiple factors, such as the gradual disintegration of the traditional family structure, the decline of the elderly family status, the decline of physical quality, and the serious lack of psychological comfort and spiritual help, the mental health problems of the rural empty-nesters have become increasingly severe. It not only se-riously affects the mental health and physical and mental pleasure of the rural empty-nesters, but also has a negative impact on the construction of rural spiritual civilization and the construction of the beautiful countryside. Therefore, this problem must be paid great attention to. This paper ana-lyzes the main manifestations of the psychological problems of rural empty nesters, deeply analyzes the causes of the psychological problems of rural empty nesters, and puts forward the correspond-ing thinking strategies on this basis. In this hope, it can bring more social welfare to the rural empty nesters and improve the problems and dilemmas faced by the rural empty nesters.
