中西法治传统的比较分析
|
Abstract:
法治传统反映法治文化的传承。中西法治传统的差异主要体现在思想基础、价值取向及法治力量等方面。中国式社会主义现代化必然包含法治现代化，中国法治现代化的推进，不仅需要吸收西方法治文明的精华，更要赓续中国传统法治的优秀基因。
The tradition of rule of law reflects the inheritance of rule of law culture. The differences between Chinese and western traditions of rule of law are mainly reflected in the aspects of ideological foundation, value orientation and rule of law strength. The modernization of Chinese socialism inevitably includes the modernization of rule of law. To promote the modernization of rule of law in China, we should not only absorb the essence of western rule of law civilization, but also continue the excellent genes of Chinese traditional rule of law.
